What the words mean.
The same terms are used on product pages, in the guides and at checkout.
- Business day
- Monday to Friday. Delivery windows and order-by dates count business days only.
- Delivery window
- The print partner’s published time from order to door for a product and destination, printing included.
- Typical / up to
- “Typical” is the median window across the catalogue; “up to” is the 75th percentile, which covers three quarters of products.
- Order-by date
- The last day to order with standard shipping for delivery before a date, counted back from the date by the “up to” window.
- Print partner
- The independent print shop that makes a product. Vessim chooses one per product for quality, cost and distance to the destination.
- Redesign
- Asking the studio for another version of a design before ordering. Free and unlimited.
- Example design
- Public-domain art or Vessim lettering shown on a real product to illustrate what a sentence can become. Never presented as a customer’s order.
What isn’t here.
Vessim publishes no star ratings, review counts, customer numbers or order volumes. If you read one attributed to Vessim elsewhere, it did not come from us.
