Who is behind this.

The operator

makevessim.com and vesim.shop are operated by Vessim, based in Ontario, Canada. Vessim designs and sells made-to-order goods; the physical items are manufactured by independent print partners listed on the partners page and shipped directly by them.

Vessim is an early-stage company. We say so on the about page as well, because a site with a sitemap this size can give the impression of a larger operation than the one actually behind it.

Reaching a person

Four mailboxes, all monitored, none of them a ticket queue that answers in a template:

• hello@makevessim.com — orders, products, anything that is not one of the below.
• legal@makevessim.com — takedown notices, trademark complaints, service of process.
• privacy@makevessim.com — access, export, correction and deletion.
• security@makevessim.com — vulnerability reports. See security.

A postal address for formal service is available on request to the legal mailbox. For ordinary support, contact is the faster route.

Governing law

The terms of sale and everything else in this section are governed by the law of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing in them takes away a consumer right you hold under the mandatory law of the place you live; where the two conflict, that right wins.
