## What Vessim is

Vessim is a gift studio founded in Canada in 2026. You describe a gift in plain English, or upload a photo, and the studio designs it on a real product. Vessim does not own printers: each product is made by an independent print partner chosen for quality, cost and distance to the recipient, then shipped to the door. It sells to Canada and the United States only.

Vessim publishes no star ratings, review counts, customer numbers or order volumes. Examples shown on the site are public-domain art and Vessim lettering on real products, labelled as examples; they are not customer orders.

## How ordering works

1. Describe the gift. Write a sentence or two about the person and what you want — “a mug for my dad who fishes, with our dog Max”. Add a photo if you have one.
2. Pick a product, or let Vessim pick. Choose from the catalogue (mugs, tees, hoodies, prints, blankets and more), or leave it on Auto and the studio suggests one that fits the brief.
3. Choose from three designs. The studio returns three designs on the real product. Edit the text, change the style or start over; redesigns are free and unlimited until you order.
4. Check the delivery date and order. Enter the destination and see the arrival date before you pay. Ship straight to the recipient; the packing slip never shows a price.
5. A print partner makes it and ships it. The design goes to the partner that makes that product for that country. Track it from printing to the door; if it arrives wrong, send a photo and it is reprinted or refunded.

Redesigns are free and unlimited before ordering. There is no subscription; you pay per gift. You own your designs; Vessim does not resell or reuse designs, photos or prompts.

## Frequently asked questions

### How does it work?

Describe the gift, or upload a photo. Vessim designs three options on the product you choose (or picks one for you). Pick a design, tweak it, and check out. We print it and ship it to the recipient.

### Do I need to be a designer?

No. Plain English is enough. You can also upload a photo, a logo, or a sketch and we build from that.

### Can I change the design after I see it?

Yes. Redesigns are free and unlimited before you order. You can edit the text, swap the style, or start over.

### Is there a subscription?

No. You pay per gift. There is nothing to cancel.

### Where do you ship?

Canada and the United States today. Most orders print in the country they ship to, so there are no surprise duties.

### When will it arrive?

Use the delivery-date checker. Enter a postal code and a product, and we show the date before you pay. Most gifts arrive in 4–7 business days.

### What's the holiday cutoff?

For Christmas with standard shipping, order by Nov 13 for Canada and Dec 18 for the US. Those dates use the slowest delivery window in our catalog; most products arrive sooner, and the delivery-date checker shows the exact window per product.

### Who owns the design?

You do. We don't resell or reuse your designs, photos or prompts.

### What if the print isn't right?

We reprint it or refund it. Send a photo within 30 days.

### Can I use copyrighted characters or logos?

Not without permission. Our content policy explains what we can and can't print.
