Each panel of the item is printed flat by sublimation before it is cut and sewn, so the design can cover the whole surface — across seams, sleeves and hems.
Colours are bright and permanent, on polyester-rich fabric. Because pieces are sewn individually, pattern alignment at the seams varies slightly from item to item.
Smooth, with no print texture; the fabric feels like a sports garment.
Designs that suit it
Prints on bottoms are usually placed small, down one leg or at the hip. A short word or a small mark is enough.
The print area is on the front right leg: 2,278 × 3,738 pixels, about 7.6 × 12.5 in at 300 dpi — a tall, portrait area. The studio generates the design at that size, so it is printed from a full-resolution file rather than an enlarged preview.
Repeating patterns, textures and large scenes that look good cut at any point. Less suited: faces or text placed across a seam, where the panels meet.
