What it is for
Clocks, banners, signs and wall decals decorate a specific wall, door or garden.
Outdoor pieces fade faster in direct sun than indoor ones.
Digital printing
Digital printing is high-resolution inkjet: pigment ink is laid onto paper, canvas, card or a label in fine dots.
It has the widest colour range of any method here, and the finest detail, which is why it is used for art prints.
The finish depends on the stock — matte, satin or gloss — not on the ink.
Designs that suit it
Bold, simple designs that read from a distance. Signs and banners are read from across a yard.
The print area is on the front: 14,550 × 7,350 pixels, about 48.5 × 24.5 in at 300 dpi — a wide, landscape area. The studio generates the design at that size, so it is printed from a full-resolution file rather than an enlarged preview.
Photographs, paintings, maps and fine type. Less suited: very large flat areas of a single dark colour on matte stock, which can show slight banding up close.
Sentences that would suit it
“Our first flat, the little bedroom with the yellow bed”
The Bedroom, Vincent van Gogh, 1888. Public domain. Shown on our example acrylic prints (french cleat hanging).
“Our initials and wedding date, elegant, gold and green”
Example design by Vessim. Shown on our example acrylic prints (french cleat hanging).
“A family crest with our surname and the year we married”
Example design by Vessim. Shown on our example acrylic prints (french cleat hanging).
Examples by Vessim: public-domain art and our own lettering, not studio output. The studio designs yours from your sentence.
Where it is printed, and when it arrives
It is printed to order in North Mankato, MN, United States, then shipped: 10–30 business days to Canada ($42.73 CAD for the first item) and 2–5 business days to the US ($24.51 CAD). Each window counts from the day the order is placed and includes printing.

Before you order
How long does the Matte Banner take to arrive?
To Canada, 10–30 business days, with first-item shipping at $42.73 CAD; to the US, 2–5 business days ($24.51 CAD). It is printed to order in North Mankato, MN, United States, and the window counts from the day you order, printing included.
Can I put a photo on the Matte Banner?
Yes. Digital printing is the best method here for photographs: the widest colour range and the finest detail. The print file is 14550 × 7350 pixels on the front, so a photo should be at least that size to print sharply.

16 sizes: 24″ x 48″ (Vertical), 24" x 72" (Vertical), 24" x 96" (Vertical), 36" x 48" (Vertical), 36″ x 72″ (Vertical), 36″ x 96″ (Vertical), 48″ x 24″ (Horizontal), 48" x 36" (Horizontal), 60″ x 72″ (Vertical), 60″ x 96″ (Vertical), 72" x 24" (Horizontal), 72″ x 36″ (Horizontal), 72″ x 60″ (Horizontal), 96" x 24" (Horizontal), 96″ x 36″ (Horizontal), 96″ x 60″ (Horizontal).
When should I order the Matte Banner for Christmas?
With standard shipping, by November 13 to Canada and December 18 to the US. Those dates count this product's longest delivery window back from December 25 in business days. Express shipping at checkout, where it is offered, shortens the window.
